2. Application Requirements
　　a. Qualified applicants should have relevant technology advantage, and who cooperated with us previously own priority.
　　b. Each topic requires enterprise participation and funding support, so industry-university-research cooperation pattern is better to sustain the study.
　　c. Specific research contents with industrial application prospects and explicit economic & social benefits are feasibility. Study duration is 3 years in principle, or the study could obtain 　　periodic achievement at least during this period.
