根据国际标准化组织ISO/TC 268/SC1（智慧城市可持续发展 基础设施计量分技术委员会）2017年第一次全体会议决议要求，将由中国专家担任召集人成立新的任务组ISO/TC268/SC1/TG2(Task Group for Pilot and testing），在全球开展ISO/TC268/SC1系列标准试点与验证工作。中国城市科学研究会作为国家标准化管理委员会批准的ISO/TC268/SC1国内技术对口单位，将在国家标准化管理委员会指导下，在国家智慧城市标准化总体组协调下，牵头开展智慧城市国际标准试点工作。国内试点征集工作的通知及征集指南已于上个月底正式发布。
　　此次智慧城市国际标准试点工作将对ISO/TC268/SC1的8个国际标准进行测试，包括指标类、成熟度模型、数据类、运营管理、智慧交通等方向。第一批试点城市计划征集10个，欧洲3个城市，美国1个城市，日本1个城市，中国5个城市。试点遴选工作流程包括申报材料审查、实地考查、综合评估等环节。 初选试点城市名单将于2017年在ISO/TC268全会上进行表决。试点遴选结果上报国家标准化管理委员会，中国城市科学研究会负责开展后续试点测试工作。最终的试点成果与试点的解释权归国际标准化组织ISO/TC268/SC1秘书处负责。
　　标准化建设是引导智慧城市科学、有序、健康发展的重要手段，是促进信息资源汇聚、共享和开发利用的基础支撑。经过持续努力，ISO/TC268/SC1在智慧城市标准化领域形成了不少成果物。如何推广应用这些成果物，结合当地智慧城市建设的现状、发展目标，建立适合本地特点的智慧城市绩效评估体系，引导和监督当地智慧城市建设成效，是当前必须要考虑的事情。通过在全球开展试点测试工作，可以加快推动标准成果物落地，引导城市智慧城市建设工作，实现城市可持续发展。

[International standards] ISO start to solicit ten smart standards pilot cities around the world

The guidebook for The Application of ISO/TC268/SC1 Series Standards Pilot City officially released. The ISO new Task Group lead by the Chinese experts will solicit ten smart standards pilot cities around the world.

In accordance with ISO / TC268 / SC1 plenary resolution requirements, Chinese Society for Urban Studies as the Standardization Administration of the People’s Republic of China approved ISO / TC268 / SC1 domestic technology counterparts. It will be under the guidance of the Standardization Administration of the People’s Republic of china, under the coordination of the SMCSTD carrying out the smart city standard pilot work. The guidebook for The Application of ISO/TC268/SC1 Series Standards Pilot City were officially released at the end of last month.

The smart city pilot international standard work will test eight ISO / TC268 / SC1 international standards, including indicators, maturity model, data class, operation and management, smart transportation and other directions. The first batch of pilot cities plans to solicit ten smart standards pilot cities: three European cities, one the American city, One Japan city, and five cities in China. Pilot selection process includes reporting materials, field inspection, comprehensive assessment and other aspects. The list of selected cities will be voted at the ISO / TC268 plenary meeting by the end of May 2017. The results of the pilot selection will be submitted to the Standardization Administration of the People’s Republic of China. The Chinese Society for Urban Studies will be responsible for conducting the follow-up pilot testing work.

Under the guidance of international standards, China's cities participate the smart city international standards pilot work which enhanced the city's intelligent level and improve the local standardization In addition, the pilot work not only can promote the overall level of urbanization in China, but also have long-term significance for the China's cities.

Standardization can guide the smart city development in more scientifically, orderly and healthy. It is the basic support for promoting the convergence, sharing and exploitation of information resources. Through continuous efforts, ISO TC268/SC1 has several achievements in the field of smart city standardization development. At present, it is important to consider how to promote the application of these achievements combined with the local smart city construction status, development goals, and to establish local characteristics evaluation system for the smart city performance to guide and supervise the local smart city construction effectiveness. Through conduct the smart city pilot testing work around the world，it can speed up and promote the implementation of the smart city standard outcomes. Moreover, it also can guide the smart city construction work to achieve sustainable urban development.
